Arlington Municipal Court Marriage Records

The Arlington Municipal Court does not create marriage records because it neither issues marriage licenses nor hears divorce or annulment cases.

Copies of marriage licenses, marriage certificates, and divorce case files can be obtained at the county level. Since Arlington is part of Tarrant County, individuals can contact the relevant county office for the marriage information they seek.

The Tarrant County Clerk's office is responsible for providing certified copies of marriage licenses. It charges $21 for the first copy and $11 for each additional copy. Requesters can obtain these documents by visiting the Arlington vital records office at the following location:
